Had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Zac Turner, but it turned into a frustrating and disrespectful experience. The appointment was changed to a phone consult at 12pm and led to no contact from Zac at the scheduled time. I called the receptionists numerous time and they were unhelpful and hanging up the phone while I was talking. Meanwhile, Zac's Instagram story showed he was enjoying his glamours influencer life on a boat in Sydney while I was waiting like a idiot for his call. Receptionists covered him up claiming my phone rejected calls from his private number, which ironically I received a private number call on the same day from another place. Zac called at 4:20 pm during less than 2min. I decided to book another doctor for more respect and efficiency with my issue. I sent an email to the clinic manager explaining all this situation and just got a random excuse saying the doctor is a contractor and work independently from them. I also ask about this sign in the clinic saying if patients doesn't show up for appointments they have to pay a $30 fee, so what is my compensation when the doctor doesn't show up? Of course, this was not answered by the manager. Unfortunately, seeking another practice due to this experience.

My wife and I have been patients of Ocean Shores Medical Centre for about nineteen years and during that time have always received excellent service from the staff, be they reception, nursing or consultants. A wonderful experience , I was surprised. Got in last minute. We rarely go to doctors because I always leave feeling uncared for and like I would have been better googling my own symptoms. The centre was fast and efficient the doctor was wonderful very friendly and knowledgeable and followed up the very next day with a personal call with my sons blood test results. I would recommend this clinic highly. Dr John Holmes is a shining example of what you would expect from a caring capable family GP.
